This is the total fee payable by parents in the first year for cord blood banking.

*Please note: fee does not include the cost of shipping your personalized collection kit to you (collection kit courier fee) once your enrollment forms have been received, and the courier fee (cord blood courier fee) for secure shipment of your baby’s cord blood from your birthing facility or Toronto airport (if required) to our laboratory. You will be advised of this fee by your care manager at the time of enrollment. Please contact your care manager for further details. In the unlikely event that your baby’s cord blood is not collected, $1000+GST is refunded to your credit card. (all fees minus $100 enrollment and the collection kit courier fee are refunded).

Payment Options: free of any interest and/or administration fees. Choose to pay your first year fees all at once, in monthly installments of $100 + GST or in 3 monthly payments. See page 3 of form 1 for futher details.

Annual Storage Fee (payable yearly after the first year): $125 + GST
